Our sauna studio uses FAR-Infrared, low EMF heaters that heat your body from within and help rid your body of toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals. To give some perspective, in a traditional steam sauna, your body loses about 97% water and only 3% toxins vs. FAR-Infrared, where you lose 80% water and 20% toxins for more efficient detoxification.
